Lake and Sea Villa is located in the village of Tersanas, a quiet area situated on a small natural bay in the peninsular of Akrotiri and only located 14km northeast of Chania city.

The nearest beach is Maherida Beach, (a 2-minute walk), a nonorganised beach that is almost always calm. Tersanas Beach (a 10-minute walk) is an organized beach and rarely affected by the winds! 

At Horafakia only 2 kilometers away, you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station, newsagent shop and some traditional tavernas. 

Furthermore 6.5 km away from the villa there is a bigger village called Kounoupidiana where you will be able to find a variety of shops such as a pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, post office and larger supermarkets.

There are also some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests.

In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 14 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.
