This three-level villa spans 250 sqm and features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests in beds, with 2 additional guests welcome on the family room sofa. The villa is conveniently located just 1 km from Chorafakia, where guests will find all essential amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and local shops, ensuring a carefree and enjoyable stay.

Layout

Ground Floor

Stepping into the ground floor, you will find an open plan space featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features a comfortable sofa, fireplace, heated floors, a Bluetooth speaker, PS4, and scenic views of the garden and sea. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered stay, while center stage is the dining table, comfortably seating up to 8 guests. Access to a terrace that leads down to the pool area is available on the ground floor.

A queen-size bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) is located on the ground floor, offering ample closet space, air conditioning, and direct access to a balcony terrace overlooking the garden. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, which also serves as a shared bathroom for the ground floor.

First Floor

The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom including a shower, a bidet, and double sinks. This bedroom also features a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and access to a spacious veranda furnished with outdoor seating.
